On the Boards
This Chesterfield County, VA residence is in the early design phase. A series of owner-architect meetings will serve to adjust the design using our intuitive 3D process. Once all interior and exterior elements of the project are refined and approved by the owner, we will proceed with detailed permit submission drawings. These images highlight the proposed timber framing system and the integration of indoor and outdoor space.

Innovative Gulf Coast Community Merges

Chesterfield Marketplace is about to welcome Burn Bootcamp's newest location. This marks Studio Z's third location for this growing brand and their 15th fitness/wellness project.
Shadow Ridge Farms is an innovative community containing sustainably designed homes and state of the art high yield agricultural uses. More information to come soon for this Studio Z masterplanned Gulf Coast neighborhood. Construction has begun on the first phase of greenhouses with phase 1 of the residential work scheduled for late spring of 2017.
