​Experience: 
Mr Zampetti began his career with Perkins and Will in their New York City office. He has gained valuable nationwide project experience serving clients including IBM, Coopers and Lybrand, Lincoln Mercury, Time Inc, CVS, Circuit City Stores, Proctor and Gamble, Sprint, Starbucks, the Waldorf Institute, Operation Head Start, Co-Op City, the Ronald McDonald House, the Gap, Ralph Lauren Polo, Food Lion, Boston Beer/Sam Adams, Dresser Valves, New York Hospital, Creedmore Psychiatric Center, the Tennessee Valley Authority. Virginia Commonwealth University, and the US Navy. He established Studio Z Architecture in 1993 in Newport, Rhode Island and relocated the firm to Richmond, Virginia in 1995. Mr. Zampetti creates value added architectural solutions using an intuitive three dimensional Building Information Model (BIM) design process. Along with his talented staff, he focuses on exceeding client expectations through the use of careful listening and understanding, creative vision, cutting edge technology, environmental sensitivity, and the collaborative skills of the Owner/Architect team.

June 2005 – Present: Project Designer. 
Donelle applies her training, skills, and keen eye for detail to serve the needs of her customers.  She optimizes design solutions for residential, retail and commercial spaces using Autodesk Revit© Architecture Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, allowing the project to be viewed and optimized in three dimensions.  She is involved with every phase of the design process from initial client presentations, surveying existing sites, creating conceptual 3D models and generating detailed design and construction documents.
